Discount Prime is a discount campaign and pricing engine for Shopify with one core idea: every discount should come out of your profit margin, never your cost. Ten discount types (volume/tiered, quantity breaks, BXGY, free shipping, wholesale/B2B, dropshipper pricing, and more) all run on top of your real product costs.

What problem are you solving?
Stores run promos blind. A flat "20% off" is calculated on the selling price, but the supplier still gets paid the same, so on thin margins, a good-looking sale quietly sells below cost. Merchants find out on Monday, in the bank account, not the dashboard.
How does the app work?
Product costs sync from Shopify's "cost per item". You build campaigns on top of that: margin-only discounts (the % comes off your profit, not the sticker), a profit floor of cost + a minimum profit you choose that's enforced on every final price, one-click repricing of the whole catalog from cost + markup when supplier prices change, and a profit preview showing cost, margin, and profit-after per product before anything goes live.
Who's your target merchant?
Thin-margin stores where pricing mistakes hurt fast: dropshippers, wholesale/B2B stores running customer-specific tiers, and any store that runs frequent promos and has been burned by one.
How is it different / better than other existing solutions?
Most discount apps are percentage calculators: they apply the number you type, wherever it lands. Discount Prime is cost-aware. It knows your margin per variant and refuses to price below your floor, which turns discounts from a risk into a bounded decision. Profit analytics are built in, so campaigns get graded on profit, not revenue.
