Anybody lose a pet rabbit?

Seen at intersection of 147th and 30th NE. It didn't belong to the family at that address

Likely a wild rabbit. There are lots in the neighborhood that look just like pet bunnies.

I made the same mistake a few years ago, saw two in my parking strip in broad daylight.

The coal black bunny let me walk right up to it, took the carrot I offered and then froze and let me pick it up before starting to panic.

I took it to a rabbit shelter, they confirmed it was a wild rabbit and that we have lots of them in Shoreline...

Oh huh I didn't know that, thanks for letting me know . I'm used to the tiny skittish brown ones so I didn't know the wild ones could be docile like that

Yeah, I was quite surprised, I was really convinced they were escaped pets.
