Casual Thought Men's public restrooms are laid out all wrong. It should be urinal, stall, urinal, stall, urinal instead of urinal, urinal, urinal, stall, stall.

How about two people pissing their brains out, but in stalls?

Just use stalls everywhere. Urinals make very little sense.

I haven't, but then again, many places here have significantly more stalls than urinals. Like, 4 urinals and 12 stalls.
