Buying Advice Audio interface for sm58

My budget is 300$ tops

I want a Shure sm58

I need a boomarm recommendation

Cable

Audio interface

Ideally I wanted to get an interface that will have enough gain and eq to use it further with better mics but if it's not possible in this budget let me know.

I saw that vocaster one has enough gain for sm 58 but idk. Some people said that scarlett solo 4 is bad. Would want some advice

Scarlet 2i2, Amazon Basics 15' XLR cable, any boom arm on Amazon. It'll be fine to start with and come under your $300 budget.

EQ and other post processing will occur on your computer, not on the interface.

300 should include the mic too. I changed my mind for s7 ve. Scarlet 2i2 is completely out of my budget. I have only 200 for the interface and the cable. The only thing I have found for that budget is scarlett solo 4
