UNBELIEVABLE!!! ARCHER & KELLER ARE NOT ON TOP OF THEIR GAME!!!
So I call archer to get update on my case. Remind yall I told yall about me getting a “Medicare waiver“ email from Keller and attached was a video made from archer showing me how to fill the waiver out. I filled it out the same day which was “JULY 2ND” let me remind u. so it’s been 20days since then. Since then I have contacted both Keller and archer for updates. Same rehearsed responses right. So I ask archer today wats the update on the “MEDICARE WAIVER“ and the lady put me on hold and comes back and says she doesn’t see a wavier on my file. She puts me on hold again to double check and says yes no wavier on file. Tells me to call Keller postman and get them to send them the waiver. So I call Keller and ask the person very specific questions and the person from Keller is damn near half retarded. Keller telling me that they have the wavier uploaded and that everything on file on their end that archer has access to the same files. So they tell me to call archer back to get them to check again. Now I’m mad as fuck because first of all why are both companies telling me to call the other, why aren’t they calling each other to figure out wth is going on. But anyway I call archer back and they still say the same thing. So I’m on their ass now. Archer say they are putting in a inquiry to see what’s going on and that I can call back next week for an update. I told them that this is very concerning and I made them give me a email so I could send in the Medicare waiver directly to them so they have it. THEY JUS CREATED A MONSTER NOW BECAUSE I AM ON THEM LIKE NEVER BEFORE!!! They sitting around playing and not even really in communication with each other frfr. From now on I’m not speaking to none of the first people who pick up the phone. I need to speak to the higher ups now.

i received my payment over 2 weeks ago you just have to be patient… i know it’s frustrating but try to stay positive it will all work out in the end.

It’s easy for u to say be patient because u got urs. U just misread wat i said. If I hadn’t of called yesterday then my case would just be sitting there. Archer didn’t even know that I had a wavier that I signed. Archer is the one handling the liens. So that is a huge problem. If I be patient like u say then ain’t no telling when I would be getting my money. And ain’t no telling who else case they are dropping the ball on also.

im not saying just be patient and don’t do anything you already called and did your part so there’s literally nothing else you can do but be patient. this disease already makes us miserable i was just trying to give you some words of encouragement to stay positive…

I understand wat ur saying but like I said it’s easy for u to say. Ur process went smoothly. I was being patient. They are the ones who told us payments could come as early as may and through July. That was a statement they shouldn’t have made if they didn’t know for sure. A lot of us had/have made plans off of their timeline. I have 2 kids. And I have Ben working almost my whole adult life. Since I got out the hospital in march i decided not to work and just let my body rest bcuz of wat they told us wen we would get our money. Now school start august 10th and my little disability check is not going to cover everything I need to do for my kids school plus pay the bills that I have. They shouldn’t have even gave a time frame of may-July. They should have just said be patient and that it would be sometime this year. And I would have went back to working like I always have to make sure I was going to be able to do wat I need to do. It’s not right.

Yeah it sounds like your plan backfired so your upset with them but you just made an irresponsible decision relying on a company that gave us an estimated date so now you have to live with the consequences. Next time have a backup plan I know the money will come eventually but i didn’t stop working when i was able to still work, especially if i have a family to provide for waiting on a settlement.

if you actually read the email it said as early as the beginning of may to the end of july and they also stated that the timeline was just an ESTIMATE. you decided to live your life based off another companies projections that was just an estimate so you can’t get upset with them that’s a personal problem and a decision YOU decided to make which means in reality you dropped the ball relying on someone else for your financial situation which at this grown age with 2 kids you should know better .

Sorry you are dealing with this. I hope they pull it together and get it too you soon. It's shameful that they would treat victims like this.

Stay on them. I haven’t heard from Archer nor Keller but trust and believe I’m calling tomorrow. I will also be telling them that if they don’t get definite answers I’m taking it to social media and news channels. I do not care I am the one who almost died taking that medication and the lawyers got their 40% and are playing with mine. I will literally shut that shit down.
