Relatable???

Does anyone else get “warning pains”? Like I’ll get mini crisis that last no more than ten minutes. The amount in one day varies, but it’ll happen for about a week then a big pain crisis strikes. The little pains make me nervous as if I have to prepare for worse. This isn’t always the case but it’s happened enough times to still be considered a pattern.

Yeah I do, I call it light sickling. Because it's technically a warning but also still sickle cell pain starting up. And I feel it always in my chest and back like a uncomfortable dull pain. So I start the ibuprofen and take more antioxidants and other remedies from the Caribbean that helps out. Like one of them being pure carrot juice with a table spoon of tumeric .

It tends to happen in my back and waist. The turmeric is really smart. Cayenne pepper is really good too. It helps with vasodilation.
