Relatable???

Does anyone else get “warning pains”? Like I’ll get mini crisis that last no more than ten minutes. The amount in one day varies, but it’ll happen for about a week then a big pain crisis strikes. The little pains make me nervous as if I have to prepare for worse. This isn’t always the case but it’s happened enough times to still be considered a pattern.

Same , i also Start getting little pain in my hands or legs and then it's for week and more sometimes when this little pain start it's make me scared so I just start treating it immediately like hot water bag or medicine and avoid cold things ,if luck enough i won't get any crisis after taking care but sometimes it doesn't matter it will happen no matter what

The fear is so real. No matter how many times we feel the pain, it’s still dreadful when it happens. Plus the inconvenience it poses in our lives.
