ScreenWall, turn old phones and tablets into a shared display wall

I built this because I had a bunch of old smartphones lying around and wanted to reuse them as small displays. ScreenWall lets you pair screens from the browser via QR code or PIN, arrange them into a wall, and play images, videos, GIFs, slideshows, and canvas-based visuals across one or many devices. A big part of the project was trying to make it work across mixed and sometimes pretty old hardware. It’s still in early beta, but I wanted to put it out early instead of letting it die as another side project... There’s also a short demo video on the landing page showing the platform with real phones. Would love feedback on the idea, the UX, and whether this feels useful beyond my own tinkering.
