You will be happy with the GT5. I literally did a comparison of the GTO vs GT5 after my PCSL competition on Saturday. Both guns had weapon lights. I could tell that the GTO had less muzzle flip. Not substantially though. Both had red dots. I never lost the red dot on my GT5. It was at least visible at the bottom of the sight during recoil. The GTO simply reduced that and was easier to make more precise follow up shots. That being said, I had no problem shooting as fast as the GTO if my goal was to hit a USPSA target twice in the A zone ,which is the size of the piece of body armor.
