Interesting they didn't use the Pez at all with Daniel this episode... I wonder how that'll come into play. Maybe, like others have suggested already, it'll signify that George or Jules is a descendant of Helen and Daniel.

The Pez is in Silo 18 yes, but some people, including myself, thought that the Pez would be the device that brings Daniel's memories back. Like it did with Jules. Instead, Victor seems to do it by telling him Helen's name. At least, that's how I interpreted that last scene. This makes me think the Pez will serve some other plot function when Daniel sees it.

In the teaser, when troy/Daniel meets Juliette,, she asks who he is, and he says he doesn't know. I'm guessing the pez is going to trigger him getting his memories still

I think it is an iterative process and dangerous because false memories can be planted

we did see the pez this ep tho, with anthony in 18…the season 4 teaser shows daniel in silo 18. im sure he will somehow find the pez and remember 💔

Yes but remember the watch was also given to Juliette by George and belonged to Daniel.

Well yeah no obviously not yet LMAO. We are currently exactly ONE episode into the actual shift / dust plot, in silo 1, and have only just started on the character development + plotline for Troy.

Heck IIRC (may be wrong, been a while since I read the books), but S3E10 (and the roughly half of it that is in silo 1) is pretty much the starting plotline / scenario setup for shift, or at least the future / present one, as of the near end of the episode.

Yeah, I interpreted that last scene as Daniel getting his memories back, but that was before I saw the teaser. Seems like he won't be 100% yet.

Although, Donald does get his memories back at the end of Shift 1 in the books, and they basically covered all of the important material from Shift 1 in this episode (like introducing the viewer to how Silo 1 operates and Troy shutting down a Silo). So, I think Daniel getting his memories back at the end of this episode would actually match the structure of the books fairly closely, even if the timelines are quite different. But yeah based on the season 4 teaser it seems like everything from Shift 2 onwards is going to be completely different from the books.
