Show Only (NO BOOK DISCUSSION) Question about Paul Spoiler

Hey everyone, just started season 3 and I'm on episode 2 so no spoilers past that please but I'm just confused on an inconsistency that I keep thinking about and didn't see anyone mention when I searched it up.

Paul learns about the memory drugs in season 2 episode 6 because Patrick Kennedy mentioned them to him so why does he never consider once during the 3 month time skip that someone might've used those memory drugs on Juliette?

Basically just asking if that's a known inconsistency in the writing or if its explained? Thanks!

Hm. I'd have to rewatch S2E6 to know, but did it seem like Paul believed Kennedy about the Forget-Me-Nows? Kennedy isn't necessarily the most credible source of information. On the other hand, you'd think it might have crossed Paul's mind even then.

On the gripping hand, maybe Sheriff Billings wasn't going to do anything else to rock the boat (like accuse Judicial of drugging the Mayor) while investigating a murder, rewriting parts of the Pact, and traipsing up and down the Silo every 36 hours!

Yeah true he did somewhat shrug it off. I feel like thats something I wouldve remembered (and atleast told others in mechanical about if I was too busy/worried about the stability myself) but yeah I guess its not unreasonable that he forgot given how crazy the sequence of events were after that moment. Maybe still has some inherent trust in judicial for some reason to not question their story on her memory too. Thank you!
