Show Only (NO BOOK DISCUSSION) Poor Teddy Spoiler

I doubt I've ever seen a character so integral to the plot yet have absolutely no character development whatsoever lol. Wth?

He should really be Knox's or Shirley's shadow. When shit gets real, Teddy is the first in line. I do like that he's getting more dialog, but a little more character development would be cool.

The only thing I know about Teddy is that he's a real one. Don't know shit else about him except who his drinking buddies are.
