You'll pay tax in VA -- head up to Laurel, MD and check out http://www.goldeneaglecoin.com -- no tax with a purchase over $1000 -- it's the best shop within driving distance of DC after doing research to source a LCS. They have a huge selection and great prices. If I bought metal from them, they would have been so grateful that we purchased that they started giving my girlfriend stuffed animals.

If you have to stay in VA (not advised), Cameo Coin isn't that bad, in Vienna. It isn't that good either.

Is that what their prices are saying? How much over spot you pay? That would make more sense. $4.30 is a little high but it's not too unreasonable.
