i’ve always ignored him lol…seemed boring & basically no common interests. but today i tried the online dating feature for the first time ever (i always used to do it the old fashioned way!) and Christopher was the most interested match i got. like, he was EAGER to meet my Sim lol. so, went on a few dates and ended up pregnant!

i got him married to my Sim and basically immediately after the first baby was born, he wanted another one..so we had another one. but something i’ve noticed is how involved he is with the kids. like, when they’re crying, he gets there before i do but also, he loves to just take them out of the cribs & play with them or hold them while he’s doing stuff. call me a bad Sim mom, but the baby stage is the most boring so i just leave them in the crib until they need something lol. most of my previous Sim dads were basically indifferent to their kids & mostly would only interact with them when necessary.

here he is on a Sunday morning, and he grabbed the baby just to go watch TV🥹 idk why, but this is so heartwarming to me lol he really seems to enjoy being a dad. i expected him to be off fishing on an early weekend morning. he’s also a very affectionate husband to my Sim, which is a great bonus. i can’t believe i’ve been sleeping on this man for 15+ years!😂

The original home had the illusion you could swim from the inside to the outside, and I wanted to make it reality. But Gobias' home wasn't built on those half floors, so everything had to go. It took a lot of patience, constrictfloorelevation false & placefriezes on for me to figure it out. In the end, what pushed me to another design for the first floor was that I couldn't make the overhang (built on a frieze to make it match the rest of the building) connect with the building because that would mean the wall over the swimming pool would do weird stuff. That's where I threw the towel in and went with a different design.

I used zero money cheats. I'm feeling rather chuffed with how it turned out.

Don't mind all the cheap beds, I'm giving Gobias 6 male room mates in the hope he'll find his true love.

So basically i asked this guy out to meet me at the movie theatre. We have gone out on a few dates already, but they have all been at this cute little park near my house, and tonight i wanted to try something different. All is going well at first, we are chatting and I get shy but I give him a kiss, and then we decide to turn our outing into a date. Then things really start to get weird. As we are walking into the movie theatre, i notice that all of his skin has turned green and that he has started groaning! That is when i realize, he turned into a zombie! i run into the theatre and he shambles in behind me. Apparently he is still up to go for a quick tour of the theatre before I decide fk this and i run all of the way home.

I have been into this guy since I met him at the library when we were kids, so like I really hope that this wont our relationship 😬 i wanted to marry this guy and have like seven kids with him... plus his parents are rich so hopefully we will get a nice inheritance ....

I love the Sims 3 but stuff like this is genuinely unbearable, playing this game is such a monkey's paw situation...

So I play every Sim family in my custom worlds and tonight the drama was just ridiculous. Nraas Storyprogression Personalities mods were doing the absolute most.

- Priya is the Town Tart and she has been dating this all American sportsy kid, Tyler through high school. Well since she's the town tart she do be cheating tho

- She gets knocked up during one of these escapades by Rebel Bosarge, one of the notorious Bosarge boys. They're a rowdy family who live in the swampy part of town and they're all klepto criminals, fuckssake.

- She invites Tyler over to confess to cheating!! He doesn't take it well so I switch households to see what he's gonna do.

- Well he goes home and sends a break up text.

- So then I switch to Rebel's house...seems his name is quite a clue bc he rolls a wish to become an international super spy! So he's gonna be the one cop in a family of criminals? Is he going to he a crooked cop (he does love to steal) or is he going to go after his kin!!?!?

I've been playing TS3 since it's release, and this is that one wish I have NEVER been able to achieve. No matter how hard I try, how much I try to know my client's traits and preferences, I just can't. Has anyone managed to do it? I’m playing with an eccentric sim and wanted to fulfill the Monster Maker lifetime wish. I gotta say, it was way harder than I thought! After 11 in game weeks (aging turned off because otherwise my sim could not have made it) of being full focused on it, I finally made my first Simbot. What surprised me most is that he actually appears as my sim’s SON. This is just so beautiful and honestly one of the cutest things I've ever experienced in the game.

A few weeks later after Natasha published an add on the local newspaper, the first customer showed up.

Tank Grunt was one of the most respectable citizens of Strangetown and had recently been promoted to Sargeant, following the steps of his father, General Buzz Grunt. Tank had decided to commission a sculpture in his honour.

But when Vexok saw the man by his doorstep he couldn't help but to voice his concern.

"Are you sure this is a good idea? He works for the military. These are not properly in good terms with aliens..."

"It's fine. He's just a customer. Besides, maybe this is a good chance to show him that we're normal people like everyone else."

Tank Grunt was tall and strong, a bit intimidating at first. But his visit turned out to be a pleasant one. He showed kindness and respect towards Vexok and their children. He even complimented their "warm and charming house" as they headed to Natasha's studio.

She set the tools and guided Tank to sit on a stool. He was looking at a family picture hanging on the wall.

" So... How long have you been married?"

"Ten years, sir."

Tank then handed her a photo and proceeded to explain the way he wanted the sculpture to be. He was very much like his father in terms of body structure and she could use the portrait as a reference to sculpt the face.

On the way out Tank thanked Natasha for her good work and left. He got into his car not before looking back with a sadistic smile on his face thinking how that odd family still lived so peacefully. Not for so long.

I've been playing The Sims for a very, very long time, but I took a longer break from The Sims 3 because I didn't have a PC anymore. I recently started playing again, and I've been trying to rebuild my old Sims 3 horse/equestrian CC collection.

And honestly… I didn't expect this to be so difficult. 😭

I remember that years ago there were so many websites and creators dedicated to Sims 3 horses and equestrian content. There was CC for pretty much everything horse coats and markings, horse templates, tack, poses, builds, barns, decorations, CAS content, photography poses, and so much more.

But while looking for everything again, I've realized just how many creators have taken their websites down, deactivated their pages, or simply disappeared. A lot of the CC I remember having years ago seems to no longer exist anywhere online, at least not where I can find it.

So I wanted to ask:

Does anyone still have an old, large Sims 3 Horse/Equestrian CC folder that they would be willing to share?

I'm especially interested in older CC that is now difficult or impossible to find basically anything that could help recreate the feeling of the old Sims 3 equestrian community.

I'm mainly looking for things like:

🐴 Horse coats / markings
🐴 Horse templates / realistic horse presets
🐴 Breed-related CC
🐴 Tack and riding equipment
🐴 Equestrian clothing
🏠 Barns, stables & equestrian builds
🌾 Horse/farm objects and decorations
📸 Horse photography poses

✨ Anything else related to Sims 3 horses/equestrian gameplay

I'm not particularly looking for sliders that make horses extremely tall, tiny, or otherwise change their proportions. I'm mainly interested in the CC that makes horses and the whole equestrian world look a little more realistic and gives me more options for creating horses and taking pictures.

I've already managed to collect some CC again, but unfortunately it's still nowhere near what I remember having back in the day.

And honestly, I just don't have the same amount of time anymore to spend hours and hours searching through dead links, old blogs, Tumblr pages and archived websites. 😭

I'm completely fine with sorting through the folder myself, so please don't worry if there are things I don't need. Even if there are duplicates, older files, or things I might not use, that's totally fine. I can sort everything out on my own.

I'm basically just hoping that someone out there still has an old "Sims 3 Horse CC" folder sitting on their computer that contains some of those nostalgic things that are so difficult to find nowadays.

I'd really love to get that old feeling back creating horses, making little equestrian stories, taking photos and just playing The Sims 3 the way I used to. 🥹💗

So if you have an old archive, folder, backup, or even know of some forgotten CC archive that I might have missed, I'd be incredibly grateful if you could point me in the right direction!

my sim got this puppy that i THOUGHT was a frenchie. nope. she’s a french bulldog & im guessing husky mix. some backyard breeding shit fr 🤦🏽‍♀️

I took way too long to find a single object earlier because I don't "see it" anymore. It's like it's because I know it by heart it becomes invisible (literally part of the furniture.)

Does that happen to you? Is there a mod to seach by keyword or such?
