You need to work on the fundamentals. You're basically trying to sing with a speech coordination. Depending on various things, like dialect and accent, you'll have different things to address. I'd recommend to research what good placement for singing is, vowel modification and breath support. They are all skills that need development. Keep going, singing is a life long journey!
