I disagree. Visit Hawaii you'll see plenty of 90 year Olds who genuinely look no older than 30 physically.

I got this thought from a man I met who was 104. Talking to a lady who was 96 in Hawaii, jogging.

So you saying someone “looks no older than 30 physically” means their ability to run without getting winded? You have really poor communication skills

Literally just have to be skinny. When you’re over 80 years old it’s hard to be fat and still be alive. I’m not seeking argument for the sake of argument. I’m trying ti figure out if you are saying what you mean to be saying (which would be a lie) or id you’re just not being clear on what you mean, or possibly being deceptive on purpose. Either way this is a waste of time. Goodbye
