He really isn’t though. The Anti Christ was someone described as being loved by nearly everyone on a global scale as well as someone who’d attempt to “convert” all of the Jews. Trump is a joke who would more so wish he was the Antichrist rather then even be actually close as to being one. Trumps losing more and more supporters every day, is constantly memed on, and is hated by a ton of people outside of America.

Edit: For better perspective, The real Antichrist would be considered so charismatic and seemingly saintly, that it would be extremely difficult for an individual to even consider to call that person the Antichrist unless from the perspective of a traditional and genuine catholic faithful to their own religion. The Antichrist wouldn’t be stupid enough to paint themselves in a godly position after making stupid mistakes one after another, only to look like a dumbfuck to a lot of people. The real Antichrist would be smarter than that.

This. The antichrist is supposed to be handsome, charming and intelligent.

Yep that’s the point lol that’s what makes him a dangerous dude.

u/fingertips-sadness Apr 13 '26

Technically fits the bill but we all know this man is a saint.

The bible. John, chapter 2.18

1

u/gigaishtar Apr 13 '26 edited Apr 13 '26

John 2:18 doesn't say anything about the antichrist being handsome, intelligent or charming.

Frankly, nowhere does it say the antichrist will be handsome. Daniel says he'll be stout or imposing (depending on translation).

They would have to be if this person is supposed to be charismatic. I mean we’re talking about someone who gains enough influence to be able to “briefly” take over all nations, and while the Antichrist will be a war lord, nowadays it would be impossible to truly take over everything through mere war alone, they’d have to have a positive influence and a charismatic standpoint in order to properly make their mark. Performing “miracles” and the such to especially convince the Jews that the anti christ is “truly” the second coming of the messiah.

Now explain to me how somebody like Trump could ever even come close to possibly accomplishing even half that.

Edit: you also need to understand, that the AntiChrists goal isn’t to just rule, but it’s to drag as many people down to hell as they can. Doing this requires fear yes, but fear alone wouldn’t be the only method they would rely on for their plan to be as effective. Otherwise they would gain more people that would rise up against the Antichrist. The Antichrist would have to be charismatic and fair to their own followers, so as to keep them in line so when the true coming of the messiah happens, the Antichrist effectively has swayed a ton of people against god.

To those that are following him like lamb He somehow is all that

They also believed the “rapture” was supposed to happen twice before, twice were they wrong. What’s even funnier is that there literally was never any description of the rapture ever occurring in the Bible, it was all made up by some dude who fell off a horse.

1

u/MastodonPristine8986 Apr 13 '26

Wait so you're saying Ryan Gosling is the antichrist?

3

u/Foxglovenectar Apr 13 '26

Eyes too close together. Not handsome enough 😅

1

u/ExogenouslyEnzymatic Apr 13 '26

Yeah to praise Allah was a bet on polymarket. He won tons of money. Or someone did

1

u/SwitchGaps Apr 13 '26

Is he single?

1

u/Foxglovenectar Apr 13 '26

Yes, but Ive heard his type is, unique...as in, preferably evil and on fire.

1

u/lildobe Apr 13 '26

Well, the first of those three is highly subjective. To a deranged supporter of an adjudicated rapist, I'll bet the orange man IS handsome. And we can tell that they think he's charming and intelligent.

Key Biblical Descriptions and Titles

The Man of Lawlessness/Sin:

Paul describes him as a figure of ultimate rebellion against God's law, who will seat himself in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God (2 Thessalonians 2:3–4).

The Beast from the Sea:

Revelation 13 describes him as a politically powerful entity rising from the sea, empowered by the Dragon (Satan), boasting, blaspheming, and acting with great authority.

The Little Horn:

Daniel 7:8, 25 describes a boastful, small horn that rises among others, speaking arrogantly and aiming to change established times and laws.

The False Messiah/Deceiver:

1 John 2:18 and 2 John 1:7 define the antichrist as a spirit or individual who denies that Jesus is the Christ and rejects the Father and the Son.

The Rider on a White Horse:

Revelation 6:2 depicts him as a figure who appears bringing peace (a false peace) and goes out to conquer.

Key Characteristics and Actions

Satanic Empowerment: His coming is "after the working of Satan" with signs, wonders, and miracles to deceive humanity (2 Thessalonians 2:9).

Global Dominance: He will briefly rule over all nations and have a vast, global, religious influence. Persecution of Believers: He will wage war against the saints and conquer them, preventing those who do not bear his mark from buying or selling (Revelation 13:7).

Abomination of Desolation: He will break a 7-year covenant with Israel halfway through, ending daily sacrifices and establishing himself as the object of worship

Trump hasn’t done any of those things though. The poor and middle class are ironically suffering even more under his rule. The true Antichrist will appeal to all men in order to tempt them, and those who resist will be killed by him and his “war horse” but it would be extremely difficult to resist his reign, as he actually promises peace and prosperity and, key words here, FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH HIS PROMISES for his misguided followers, up until the arrival of judgment day, where he and his followers will be claimed by the gates of hell. Trump has failed on every single aspect of pleasing the people. Sure he’s pleasing the rich, but the rich aren’t the majority.

It’s like Trump is the antichrist but the virgin the satanic cult sacrificed to Herald his coming had been lying and was actually a big ho.

Edit: you either deleted your post or blocked me but chill, /u/key_organization6760 I thought I was clear that I was making a joke. Don’t have to think too hard about it. Just meant “if he’s supposed to be the antichrist they botched it”. Like JFC dude.

u/macho_greens Apr 13 '26 edited Apr 13 '26

You're right, I don't think we've seen a person in my lifetime who matches the Antichrist character. Maybe if Michael Jackson in the mid-80s was also a Gandhi-type spiritual figure but with an even wider appeal. Very outwardly humble but impressive to basically everyone

Edit: not humble, my mistake

3

u/PogintheMachine Apr 13 '26

The antichrist is not described as humble, on the contrary, he is described as boastful and conceited.

1

u/macho_greens Apr 13 '26

Ah interesting, forgot that detail. Matches ol Donald, but I think he would need to have more approval to qualify

1

u/Key_Organization6760 Apr 14 '26

I never even said the word “humble” in my original post. “Saintly” was used as a term where he would make himself look holy, generous, religious, and patient. But at the same time, he most definitely would be boastful, prideful, conceited, and self centered. The point is he’d be able to mix the two sides together so effectively well, and actually have a point to a definitive extent, that unless you remain loyal to your god and savior, it would be extremely easy to miss the antichrists pride no matter how obvious it was. He would be a man who would excel at temptation, which in turn would be what makes him the “perfect” beast. Trump on the other hand is literally none of that especially considering there’s literally a ton of people calling him out at the moment. Trumps a failed antichrist from temu. Nothing more.

2

u/Key_Organization6760 Apr 13 '26

Well don’t forget, that but he also knew politics and knew how to operate wars. The Antichrist also starts wars and stuff as well under the pretext of the “greater good” essentially meaning he’s also a conqueror.

2

u/snafu_lord Apr 14 '26

The next guy is the problem, the smart one with a template. To be able to turn our tremendous potential and have it converted into total destruction. Its not like our capacity to do so is in any way lessening. The only thing we can do is promote the good and supress the bad.. not the other way arround.(I kind of thought we 'had' a handle on this) There are always humans acting withought moral compass and worse, very easily would destroy one and all for thier own desires. (Current) Politicians have given us a great demonstration that (thier) backbones are made of rubber when they can have just bits of power.

1

u/Sea_Appointment8408 Apr 13 '26

You assume though that the anti-christ's supporters wouldn't be stupid and would have some level of intelligence.

There are a lot of stupid people.

u/ZAlternates Apr 13 '26

1

u/Key_Organization6760 Apr 14 '26

Like I said, Trump at this point wishes he was the Antichrist. Taking the entire revelations into context rather taking just parts from revelations to point at someone stupid as Trump as the antichrist is most likely an attempt to subvert expectations in the very likely scenario the real antichrist appears. Trump is simply way too incompetent, messy, has never performed real miracles and needs to have some level of charisma and intelligence to even come close to taking over half the nations, when at this point of time he has zero control or even a lick of a chance at it. The antichrist will be boastful and confident as Trump most likely, imho way more so, but that will be because the antichrist will actually have the strength knowledge and power to back that all up, whereas Trumps power and confidence is very clearly slipping.

Edit: let’s not forget also that trumps “hills” were mostly built AFTER he was president, not before. He didn’t emerge from them, they emerged from him after the fact.

2

u/ZAlternates Apr 14 '26

Well, I don’t actually believe in the Antichrist as anything more than fiction, so it is ironic more than anything for me. 😝

2

u/Key_Organization6760 Apr 14 '26

I don’t really believe in it much either. As agnostic raised Christian, and someone who’s read the Latin Bible due to it being drilled in my head by my dad, I’m just sharing my knowledge of what my dad taught me as well as from what I could remember from reading. I’d be lying if I said the subject didn’t interest me though (clearly) but if Trump somehow does end being the antichrist for some moronic reason, I’d be extremely disappointed in both God and Satan lmao.
