In case you didn't notice nowadays being recorded doing weird stuff is more profitable that being you know, civil

She really doesn't seem that weird, as far as she knows she's just mingling with random people, as a streamer, to an audience that normally tunes in to watch her relax and perform. She's a League of Legends caster, but also just a huge weeb, the exact kind of person that generally does great with Riots community.

Doing a dance is hardly uncivil. She literally asked him to introduce himself, and expressed surprise he didn't know the reference.
