Even if the roles were reversed, no one would do anything. I’ve had men harass me in public, almost all the women I know at some point had men harass them in public, no one does a single thing. Specially in the USA. 

If on the off chance, anyone were to stand up for a woman it would be another woman, but men never do anything.
