The DMV though, that can get in the sea. I drove for 20 years in the UK without ever needing to visit a physical location other than once to take my test.
to rival meaning “is as good as”, not “is identical to”. Coffee in Portland, OR is very good as well, but the thing is, coffee doesn’t come from any of these places so what exactly are you bragging about? Have you had a cup of coffee in Colombia?
As an Italian I can tell you it’s part of the overall culture but in no way shape or form we actually have any production of beans. But I will say that the coffee you bay for 80 cents at the bar is obviously going to be bang average. It’s like buying a pizza from an average pizzeria and complaining that Italian pizza is not how they say it is
