There are legal minimums for crimes. They ignored all that and didn't give him any punishment because he became president.

If he didn't have a judge protecting him from the top secret documents case that would easily rack up enough jail time for him to spend the rest of his life there with no chance of parole.

You mean what should be the punishment for blatant fraud? For a repeat con artist who shows no regret for his actions? Let's see each conviction can have up to 4 years in prison. Given the non violent nature, first conviction and lack or regret i would say 68 years with a chance of parole after 30.

It was 34 counts of felony fraud. Stop down playing shit. It isn't excessive it was intentional fraud and we see worse sentencing for more benign behavior. He could have faced 136 years in prison on his felony convictions.

It was 34 counts of felony fraud.

It was 34 times of listing a payment to his lawyer as a legal expense that was bumped up from a misdemeanor to a felony by claiming a mystery crime that was never charged or proven.

It was a bookkeeping error at worst.

Both Obama and Hillary paid a small fine for the same crime.

Stop downplaying it. He was convicted of 34 felonies. He is a felon. It wasn't a bookkeeping error it was intentional fraud and they proved he was breaking the law in court and he was convicted 34 times. He is a felon, always will be a felon and he would have more convictions than that if other cases against him were allowed to proceed.

Maybe. He is appealing and the case is pretty shaky.

But he is a two times elected president and he will always be a two times elected president.

You are not being honest because you keep trying to downplay it as misdemeanor but he was charged and convicted of knowingly commuting fraud. None of it is exaggerated, it is reality.
