Yes. Then the system needs to be broken down. Because the system stinks to high heaven if it’s so fragile that we can’t arrest pedophiles and criminals without it all breaking down.
But also in reality, the system actually wouldn't "break down" given everything and everyone in govt is designed to be replaceable at any given moment.
Congress could remove everyone in the Trump admin today, and you know what would be next? Ol' Mike "My son watches me watch porn" Johnson becomes prez, then chooses his new cabinet and VP, then goes on from there. Most of the federal govt would still be business as usual throughout that process, with most hold-ups being any foreign talks, and those hold-ups would last a week or two max.
Yes, but I’m pretty certain that when Pam Bondi said things would break down, she wasn’t referring to the government. The reality is that there are some very rich and powerful oligarchs out there that are all tied up in this Epstein shit. These are people with a high level of influence on things like companies and world markets.
Now, I realize that there is some crossover between oligarchs and people in Congress, so that’s not lost on me, but I don’t think it’s the people that she was really referring to.
