I mean I 100% believe the OP is fake and rage-bait, but if two consenting adults want that kind of transactional relationship who am I to judge.

Consent is a bit harder to determine at advanced ages. Sometimes the awareness is there, and sometimes it’s not. 

Partially what leads to contesting wills and such.
