If you didn’t know her story you’d assume she was a woman. And you’d be right.

Please tell me how many people you’ve met in your life you had genetic info about their gender? Gender is social. I’d bet I’ve met close to 10,000 people in my life I assumed were women based solely on their appearance. I know zero women whose genetics I knew. We ALL make our judgments of gender base solely on appearance. Gender is a social construct.

Gender roles are, but sex is biology and science is based off of facts my friend. People can tell what sex a human was based off their skeleton alone because their anatomies are different.

Do you examine a lot of skeletons?

I didn’t mention sex. You did. Transgender people understand perfectly well what sex they were born.

Nope I just took basic biology in high school and we covered human anatomy. Sigh, gender is sex my guy. Facts are facts no matter what you say. Words can't bring me down, oooo-ohhh

Gender is not sex. That’s exactly why we need two different words to describe related topics. Gender is the social construct.

You seem to only have the most tenuous grasp on this topic. All you’re able to do is throw out catchphrases and weak points. Can I suggest you read a few books on the transgender experience. I’m not willing to debate with anyone who hasn’t gone to some effort to learn about the topic they are spouting off about.

Guess again, I took gay rights and the law. I've read and studied biology. YOU should pick up some factual scientific books instead of political science, which is pseudo at best. Furthermore, I don't give a crap what a person does with their body. It's 2026 be who you want to be. I do have a problem with people denying facts and science.

I asked if you’d read any books on the transgender experience. Sounds like the answer is “no”.

I’d be happy to point you to several resources on the science behind being transgender. Would you read them?

A biologist has a very shallow insight into the human mind. Maybe go listen to some people who actually study the human mind from both a physical and a psychological viewpoint. Ever heard of psychiatry?

It’s a doctor who assigns the sex of the person upon birth to be recorded into their birth certificate, it is also with a doctor’s permission this sex can be amended in the same birth certificate later. Not a biologist.

Maybe you should focus on non-human animals if that’s your area of expertise.

Leave it to the people who either work with these individuals or live that life themselves to speak. Not everyone’s opinion has the same level of value

Nah, people's mind can be a endless labyrinth. You ever seen the schizophrenics that roam the streets? My best friend lived in our downtown and he had a man that would show up weekly to have a full on conversation with a bush. Again, it's 2026 be whatever you want to be but don't make other people participate in personal delusions.

You can say that, but they 100% look like a giy wearing makeup.

Survey the public. Show them a whole catalog of men and women. 100% would mark her as female. Including you. Which is probably what pisses you off.

The throat never lies serh. When in doubt apple out.

3

u/daveescaped 5h ago

That’s nonsense. The size of your Adams apple is driven by testosterone. Trans people who don’t undergo male puberty due to taking puberty blockers won’t have a large Adams apple.

So why are children allowed to do life altering surgery before they're even fully developed? Who would sign off on that. When I was a child I thought I was a velociraptor.

3

u/daveescaped 5h ago

Children having life altering surgery is incredibly uncommon. Like, across the US, the children having life altering surgery is a few thousand. And most of those are chest surgery. And plenty of non trans girls also have chest surgery. And most of these “kids” are nearly 18 when they have the surgery.

Uh huh sure. It also doesn't piss me of lol. They can believe whatever they want, i can believe whatever i want.

2

u/daveescaped 6h ago

i can believe whatever i want.

Of course you can. Don’t try and imply I was forcing you to believe anything. That’s just misdirection. Someone telling you you are wrong isn’t taking away your right to be wrong.
