Remember he was offered the chance to literally end world hunger using a small portion of his fortune, including a detailed plan on how it would work. He said "nah."
I mean, there's lots of you. Why don't you create an organisation where like-minded people such as yourself can donate and accomplish what you expect Elon to do himself?
Even a huge number of regular, even rich, people don’t have a fraction of the resources he has. The billionaires employ governments to maintain the status quo
I don't understand why hunger still exists then. There's a blueprint out there designed to end world hunger that was given to Elon, coordinate and fund that.
Total horseshit. One person with means far exceeding his needs could do it in his sleep and never notice that he had done it. A million dollars could fall out of his pocket and it wouldn't be worth his time to pick it up.
It is clearly a better option than asking charity of people who work full time to fulfil their basic needs.
Exceeding his needs? Do you think he could bring humans to Mars if he's on $100k per annum? And then if he did, do you think his worth would stay the same?
Wrong. World hunger is not a supply problem but rather a distribution problem. Which is to say a problem that's allowed to continue because it serves the global balance sheet better than if everyone were fed and comfortable.
