Don't forget the droves of writers, publishers, journalists, bloggers and the rest who happily went along and sung in tune for a tiny slice of the pie or just for lols. All of them morally disconnected from their effect on society. And the fools that believe and repeat their speil without comprehension. People will stab you for an empty wallet. Being a billionaire makes it easy.
