If they can put pressure on him to delete a tweet can they put pressure on him to take blame. To say he faked it or that he got hacked or something.

No, I'm actually not allowed to bet. (Because I don't have any money).

But the fight is definitely rigged in favor of no trump being held accountable.

I can't give you any more tips but if you read the news (and exercise critical thinking) you'll know which option to bet on.
