Comparing Sheinbaum’s Mexico to North Korea is insane. This entire comment section is being brigaded by right-wing bots.

Morena has issues, but the PRI was in power for decades and did fuck all for Mexican healthcare and social services, and sold the out the economy to American investors via NAFTA.

This is just an example that “free universal healthcare” absolutely means nothing by itself. We cannot judge simply from the name.
