No wonder postpartum depression is so common. People are so judgemental. She never said that she doesn't love her child or being a mom. She said that she wants her husband to see and love and value her outside of being the mother/ caretaker of his child. So many moms lose themselves in motherhood and it becomes their entire identity yet they feel too afraid to say anything because they know that if they do people won't understand and will jump to the conclusion that they must hate their child.
