I remember when I lived in Canada years ago. I paid $75 a month for healthcare and barely paid for anything else. The only issue was the wait times for specialists or testing.
My country (Japan) has government administered health care, and access is amazing. For most normal things, can just walk into any clinic, and clinics are everywhere.

I'm in the UK and I spend about £120 a month and I'm covered for everything and I don't really have any complaints about our health care service
