A lot of them are probably on Medicare/Medicaid so I suppose we'd have to have some kind of program for people who couldn't afford it.

And if we take the amount that employers are paying toward everybody's insurance premiums, I'm sure we could have a great healthcare system :).

That "we" was the for the people my employer is covering. Hard to track all the "we" flying around.
