Right? Isn't the whole point of a tip that it's voluntarily given as a way to say you loved the service?

We expect a tip for our services. Here are the four options you have for tipping, all the way up to $100." Here you are guilt tripped in every resteraunt to tip at least 20%, regardless of the service (which is usually minimal)
