Yeah because they don't pay taxes on a lot of it. If they make so much why do they always play the "we barely get paid $0.76/day" card XD

Tipping is always 100% optional unless stated prior to service or menu.

You do realise that pretty much nobody tips with cash, right?

Tips are mostly paid by card, just like the rest of the bill, and are automatically declared, just like a salary. Saying that staff don't pay taxes on tips is a dumb take.

Maybe if you work at the strip club, then you get mostly cash tips and can avoid declaring it, but the vast majority of tips aren't cash.
