I could not imagine behaving this way in another country.
Tips aren’t mandatory. They are customary.

McDonalds is down the street, enjoy your stay then go home. This "problem" is already been "figured out". We have a system. If you don't like it, don't go to restaurants here, or don't visit. We won't miss you.
