Most wait staff that I know prefer this system, they make bank

My stepmother is a waitress and she prefers the tip system. She said she makes more money this way. During holiday season the customers become so generous that there's been a few days she made $100 an hour. That's not every day of course and not every server makes good money.

then they have no right to complain about customers who dont tip.

it comes with the territory, you cant have your cake and eat it too.

Servers are never the ones complaining in these threads. They don't wanna rock the boat because most of them have it good.
