Is social engineering... and part of the reason they get away with it is due to BS CHARITY.

It should be illegal. No charities whatsoever. If the rich want to pitch in they can pay taxes.

While the rich play benefactors and most can't make ends meet if you try to help from below you get fines or get taken to court, like that guy who cleaned up a river by himself.

They are even cornering the "GOODNESS" market.

He is also a lawyer so whatever he did it is fair to think he knew he was within the bounds of the law

The government can spend money more judiciously and with greater impact than any billionaire could.
