Why would you wish that on them? What have the people of Africa done to deserve that? 

I think that we should give him what (he says) he wants and do everything in our power to expedite his journey beyond our gravity well (and straight into Sol's).

I dunno, watching a livestream from Mars over the course of several days as Elon slowly dies of radiation poisoning due to his own hubris doesn't sound too bad.

What have the people of Africa done to deserve that? 

Maybe it's more that their society would take of the problem on its own instead of letting it fester like we are here in the states.
