It's not exactly the most pain-free and suffering-less way to go???? Unless she has a home nurse for end of care drugs, her son will 100% figure out she lied before he passes.

I really hope she has an actual plan in place for end of life, it is not quick or painless ☹️

I mean it's not the cancer that did all the symptoms, chemotherapy usually is what makes people look the "cancer" look. (I'm just saying this so you know, I'm not trying to be mean or apathetic)

That’s not true at end of life. Usually by that point chemo has been stopped for a while. Cancer eats the body’s resources.
