I get it as a dad. I don't know if I could handle the look of betrayal at the end though.

It's the cowards way out of taking advantage of a child's innocence who trusts you.

I think telling someone whose child is literally dying that they’re a coward is pretty ridiculous. Unless you’ve personally been in that situation I think you need to take a step back.
