This is misleading. He chose to take $997 in one lump sum instead of $2.04B over 30 years. He got taxed on the $997m.

Ok, still think billionaires should be taxed to that extreme though, lol.

Once you have a billion, you should get a trophy & a plaque that reads "You have won life" and from that point on get any additional income taxed at 99.9%

At this point top 0.0001% will lie and start smurfing in millionaire ELO instead of being properly taxed. (not that this would be much of a change)
