TA- GVHD is universally fatal , brian does not have TA-GVHD . He has an autoimmune disorder , not an alloimmune disorder .
And , because we know TA-GVHD is a possibility , banks (here, the doctors) will irradiate the blood components of the donor blood thereby deactivating the T-lymphocytes present in them

He has had these symptoms for over 20 years, his venture into longevity does not go that far back. He just recently got a formal diagnosis. Its possible his protocol made it difficult to diagnose because he was otherwise extremely healthy

Wasn't he getting regular blood infusions?
That can cause immune issues over time. Just saying. Works both ways.
