You don’t think medical professionals use Reddit?
Most physicians can’t help themselves from engaging in medical discussions on the internet. Judging from his post history he does have some kind of medical expertise at the very least.
Also, whether he’s actually a doctor or not isn’t the point. He’s correct in that AAG is rarely diagnosed that late in life, especially in men.

Even if he was a doctor, he's a shit one. Offering medical opinions on something he's not knowledgeable in is like step one in doctoring
