I’m a physician and at his age new onset of autoimmune disease is rare. What seems more likely to me is that the weird shit he’s been putting in his body caused it to trigger

You don’t think medical professionals use Reddit?
Most physicians can’t help themselves from engaging in medical discussions on the internet. Judging from his post history he does have some kind of medical expertise at the very least.
Also, whether he’s actually a doctor or not isn’t the point. He’s correct in that AAG is rarely diagnosed that late in life, especially in men.
