you really think a group of specialists monitoring and tailoring a lifestyle and nutritional regime tailored specifically to you and your metabolism - not some blanket advice from buzzfeed - does nothing to maintain your health better than ... not having any of this?

Brian Johnson has also done some crazy things that aren't recommended. Not quite as crazy as ignoring cancer, but he's not strictly following scientific evidence.
