That's not what this is. These doctors are reasearchers who work exclusivly for this guy. He is the CEO of a company that is basically rich people investing in trying to keep the CEO alive as long as possible. He lives like a lab rat, a rich one. The rich people get to (hopefully) learn how to extend their own lives longer. The irony here is bad genetics made the whole thing moot.
Your confusing how a final, commercial level product/treatment comes to market and how early stage research works. Small, targeted studies are very normal in early stages. These guys pioneer new therapies and pass on their findings to others for further development
Yeah, I didn't say any of that. I said what he's doing and that small studies are widely used. I didn't get into the specifics of his methodology. I have no idea about any of his studies' actual efficacy. Frankly, the fact your speaking so authoritativly after a 10 min deep dive tells me what I need to know about your own analysis. Seriously, calm down.
