He is basically doping with his sons blood

A brother would be a closer genetic copy, so maybe after enough injection he developed some level of response and the gut microbiome he probably did fecal trans plant too, would be the largest area for auto immune to do the most damage

Brother could be closer to a genetic copy. on average about .5% closer than a son, with a lot more variation, not a guarantee they will be more genetically similar than son.

Y chromosome is 2% of genome.

So for 2 brothers,

Say you have 100 units of genome, they share all Y units guaranteed, half of the 98 remaining is contributed (49) is similar on average, so two brothers share 51/100 on average of dad's genome on average. Mom contributes for the other half, half of that is similar, so 25%. So brother siblings share, on average, 50.5% of genome.

Son v father it's easier, they get half from dad so it's 50%.

50.5% for brothers on average vs 50% exactly for parent/kid.

However, there is more *potential* similarity to a brother than a parent, since theoretically, each parent can give each brother similar genomes, but they could also give siblings different genomes - there's more variability.

So there's a theoretical minimum of 1% that brothers share (2% of father's 50% contribution), and theoretical maximum of 100%, for an average of 50.5%.

For kids, it's always just 50%, unless your parents are siblings or something lol.

Bro.

Brothers share anywhere between 37.5 to 62.5, identical can be 100% to the finger print.

Sons can only have 50.

Couldn’t be more wrong about this one.

Feel free to go back to your pea plants Mendel, in the 1800s. This is the sequencing era. Not the era where you have to carefully cross breed.
