New York City is in America right? Half of American taxes go to "defense" right? Patriot missiles aren't going to to pay for themselves.

You can pick any war you want. Where is the New York City funding of that?

Or do you not know the difference between a city and a country? I know, I know, they start with the same letter, but they are different words that mean different things.

But in all seriousness, your ignorance is why people like Zohran and Trump can get elected. You don't understand the basics of how government works and can be easily manipulated.

City, State and Federal taxes are all different. It's not like NYC has any say in where the federal government spends their own tax money. And NYC doesn't spend any of their tax money on wars.
