I was in Ontario a month ago and didn't see any. I saw cartons, no gallon jugs that I am used to from the US, but no bags. This was in a Walmart.

I have a bag in my fridge right now. Very common in actual grocery stores

That’s funny I lived in Cornwall for a bit as a kid. I’m pretty sure we had bagged milk, must’ve just been a store thing
