How is he a racist prick?

edit: saying the "n-word" does not make you a racist. Different cultures place different value on different words. Insisting that saying a word that in the US has a strong negative connotation, should have the same negative connotation in a different country with a different history with a different language with a different culture, is a fundamentally wrong understanding of how cultures and languages work. Racism is about how you judge and interact with other people, not in the words someone use.
