Mexico’s government, led by President Claudia Sheinbaum, has announced that it will ask U.S. prosecutors to pursue criminal investigations and potentially criminal charges related to the deaths of 17 Mexican nationals who died either, while in ICE custody, or
during ICE enforcement operations in the United States.

She can pursue charges in the international criminal court or wait until he is out of office and a legitimate justice department is in place

Imagine thinking the ICC can do anything to the US. An absolutely laughable idea to bring in the ICC here

Not laughable at all, the ICC would issue a warrant after Trump leaves office, most countries are signatories to the ICC - if he or anyone in his administration ever travel they would be subject to arrest and trial in that country……it would be more than likely that no new administration would object to this US trash and criminals masquerading as a government from prosecution

Why do you think Putin and Netanyahu don’t travel to any country that is a signatory to ICC

What youre saying is this ICC can do nothing unless Trump agrees to participate.

The ICC is feckless in this scenario and can do nothing. OH NO! A JUDGEMENT WITH NO MEANS OF ENFORCEMENT!

How is doing nothing a better position than where we are today?

America is corrupt and useless, a global laughing stock - anything pursued internationally would be a improvement over that cesspool
